Our website displays all our residential and lettings properties currently available. It will consist of everything on our registers from houses, bungalows, flats, maisonettes etc to residental development opportunities and land. It will also include an up to date lettings list. In addition to listing all properties for sale, the website also carries information about the services that we, as estate agents, can offer the potential vendor. These services range from free valuations to financial and property management advice. We are an independent partner run business long established in all aspects of property based in Colchester and covering the surrounding areas. We are also part of a national network of independent agents, now over 750 offices strong, which enables us to enhance our local knowledge and experience with national coverage.
John Gallant and Mark Richardson, the partners of the company, have over 60 years experience between them in the local property market. Our offices occupy a prominent location in one of Colchester's central pedestrian thoroughfares. This ensures a regular turnover of new applicants coming into the market and allows us to maintain a high quality mailing list with enquires for all types of property. All Gallant Richardson's property particulars and newspaper advertising are in colour and these are mailed out on a weekly basis.
