• We operate a free mailing list which will notify you of any new property becoming available, these can be forwarded to you by post, e-mail and SMS text messaging.
• All viewings will be accompanied by a member of our ARLA trained staff who will be able to offer you advice and information on finding your ideal home.
• We are able to provide all tenants with useful leaflets which give guidance to the most important aspects of letting a property, for example, how your deposit is handled and safeguarded and general tenancy information. At the point of check in, we supply all our tenants with a Welcome Pack which contains relevant information and important telephone numbers.
